I’m Olga Courson, owner of Signature Surfaces PDX, a woman- and minority-owned business specializing in polished concrete, epoxy, and high-performance flooring solutions. I immigrated to the United States from Moldova when I was eight years old and watched my parents work tirelessly to build a new life from the ground up. That experience shaped my work ethic and inspired my drive to build something of my own. Today, I lead Signature Surfaces PDX with a commitment to integrity, quality, and innovation. I’m passionate about creating durable, beautiful flooring systems and building strong relationships with our clients, subcontractors, and community partners. My goal is to not just deliver exceptional work but also create opportunity and lasting value for those we serve.

I’m Ashton Courson, Project Manager and Operations Director at Signature Surfaces PDX. I’m a fourth-generation flooring installer, born and raised in Oregon, and I’ve been around construction sites for as long as I can remember—so much so that I had a hi-viz vest as a kid and was once told I was too young to be on the job site. Flooring has been in my blood from day one, and over the years I’ve had the privilege of working with some of Oregon’s most well-known brands and installing floors in some of Portland’s most technologically advanced facilities. When the opportunity came to build a company alongside my wife, I knew I couldn’t pass it up. Together, we combine my hands-on industry experience with Olga’s management expertise to close the gap we often saw between customers and flooring installers—delivering a professional, transparent, and high-quality experience from start to finish.
